How to Beat Level 181 on Candy Crush

  • In this level, your objective is to bring down 2 cherries and score at least 20,000 points in 50 moves or less.
  • There are two islands to the left and right of the main board. Each island consists of two three-layer icings and two four-layer icings. This means you need to send 14 horizontal striped candies to clear them all. That’s pretty difficult so you need to rely on other combos as well.
  • The first thing you need to do is clear some space in the main board. Don’t get too trigger happy; you will want to use as few moves as possible. You need to save your moves especially when it’s time to clear the side islands.
  • Horizontal striped candies are your best friend in Candy Crush Level 181. More vertical space provides you with more room to make special candies.
  • Try to predict where the candies will fall after you make matches. This will save up precious moves.
  • You do not need to clear all the Meringue before using your stripes. In fact, it is better to leave the bottom row of Meringue intact. This serves as a platform that will help you clear the icings on the side islands.
  • Clearing this level through horizontal striped candies alone is virtually impossible. Try to get as many Wrapped Candy + Striped Candy combos as you can. This will trigger a three row blast, damaging 3 Meringues at once.
  • If luck is on your side, you might get a Striped + Color Bomb combo. Use it when you have a lot of candies that are of the same color as the striped. This combo alone might be all you need to clear Level 181.
  • If you want to cheat your way through Candy Crush Level 181, you can get 28 lollipop hammers and destroy all the meringues.
